Add to this amount also a train, the minimum price of which is 50 USD, it turns out to be still cheaper!

Personal experience of flying to Thailand via Moscow in March

We bought tickets from Moscow, for 380 USD, to Moscow there were also couplets of train tickets for 50 USD. The minus of the train is that it arrives in Moscow at 5-33 in the morning :-). We wanted to stay in Moscow for one day, i.e. to see Moscow, so to speak. In Moscow, we booked a hostel for 500 Russian rubles per person. But the hostel could be accommodated only from one o'clock in the afternoon. Therefore, upon arrival at the Kiev railway station, we just fell asleep on chairs. And closer to 12 o'clock we went to the hostel. We checked in there and went for a walk around Moscow. And in Moscow in March, for some reason, it was very cold!!! Therefore, it was always necessary to go to some warm places to warm up. After spending the night at the hostel, the next day we drove to the airport. There they threw away warm clothes and flew to Thailand. Pros of a trip through Moscow: – You will see another city along the way, it will be a little cheaper. If you fly in the warm period of time, then it is worth it. Cons of a trip through Moscow: – You need to take warm clothes with you, which are then thrown away, or carry them later in Thailand with you. – Spend a lot of time on the road. Resume: In winter, I would not fly through Moscow for the second time. It is easier to pay these 150 dollars for a comfortable flight from Kiev.
